Shipping information

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation in your email. You can also view your orders from your customer account. Check that your order information is correct, if there are any questions, please contact our customer service immediately.

Normally all orders will be shipped the same day order is placed, and you will receive your package within 1-7 working days*. This is Monday-Friday excluding public holidays. you will receive shipping confirmation to your email, as soon as the package is shipped. Tracking code is included in the confirmation email, when available.
